blackberry bold 9900

Reviews of the new BlackBerry Bold 9900 are starting to appear; and while many have already written the company off and their market share has been eroding, if the early reviews of the 9900 are any indication then RIM might be on track with the 9900 to hold fans over till the QNX OS models arrive next year.

The early reviews have a lot of positive things to say about the 9900. It is thin and uses real metal, finally, and while it doesn’t have the sizzling screen of an iPhone, the screen on the 9900 is quite good. The new powerful 1GHz processor clearly makes a significant difference, as the phone apparently feels downright snappy, according to the reviews that we have read. The stop gap version 7 of the BlackBerry OS is better and according to a number of reports, it has been highly optimized and much of the bloat and crap is gone, which has given the 9900 some help in the performance department
